What happens

It’s the last day of the charter. Captain Jason leads a hungover yoga session for Angie, Whitney, Heather and Britani, and the group spends it needling Britani over the Seth comments from the night before. Meredith isn’t softening — she tells Lisa she finds Britani disgusting and mocks her intelligence. Bronwyn turns up at Meredith’s cabin with a “sacrifice”: Uni, the stuffed unicorn that plays Jared’s recorded goodnight message. Meredith says in a confessional that since she can’t throw Britani overboard, the unicorn will have to do, and dressed as a pink shark and a red lobster, the two toss it into the sea.

At breakfast, Meredith brushes Britani off and turns on Whitney instead, saying Whitney went along with the gossip about Seth and never warned her, which isn’t what a friend does; Whitney says she wanted Britani to raise it with Meredith first, and Meredith accepts that. Then Britani cuts in to complain about a double standard — everyone else gets to talk about husbands, and she gets punished for one remark she says was meant kindly — and that sets Meredith off again. As the boat docks, Meredith tells the group she’s done with Britani, and anyone who supports her can be done too; Heather asks if they’re really throwing Britani overboard now. The crew sees them off with notably muted applause, and Heather thanks them for putting up with the group. Then Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher hurries after them holding a soaked Uni, recovered from the water. Britani is thrilled, then suspicious; Bronwyn admits it was a joke, and Meredith quips that the unicorn needed to wash off the tanner. Britani isn’t laughing.

Then the episode tells a story it can’t show: several women say Meredith kept up her campaign against Britani on the flight home, but no footage exists, phone or otherwise. Angie and Heather say it began at the airport; Mary says it spiraled for hours; Meredith says she only vented to Lisa about Britani, never engaged with Britani, and never touched her. Back in Salt Lake, Heather hugs Britani as though she’s come home from a war and apologizes for how the trip ended. Britani claims there was hair pulling and that Meredith shook her seat when she got up to use the bathroom. Heather admits she slept through most of it, but heard Lisa urging Meredith to just send Britani the TikTok. In a confessional, Britani says Lisa and Meredith were trying to make her feel small, and that she’s upset with herself for eventually crying. Whitney fills Bronwyn in, calling it the flight from hell and describing Meredith as furious throughout. Bronwyn is skeptical in her confessional: without phone footage or anyone being restrained or arrested, she doubts it happened the way Whitney describes. Then she raises something of her own: she says people on social media are claiming Todd was seen looking at photos of women on his phone during a flight to New York — she believes it because the posts got details like his seat right. By her account, Todd blamed the group when she confronted him; Todd isn’t on camera to respond. The conversation turns to what each of their marriages allows, and Bronwyn says the problem is that she and Todd have never agreed on any rules, while Whitney offers some perspective from her own marriage.

Angie tries to share her pride in being Greek with her teenage daughter, Elektra, who couldn’t be less interested. Lisa arrives more than an hour late to lunch with Heather, who tells her Britani is upset with her over the flight. Lisa says she did nothing to Britani beyond telling Meredith to send the TikTok, and only to calm Meredith down — and points out that Heather was asleep. As Lisa tells it, Meredith just vented to her and never spoke to Britani, and Lisa was the one keeping Meredith away; she asks why nobody stepped in if it was so bad, and Heather says she did — Lisa says that was only at the very end. The hour ends with Meredith and Mary failing to agree on the facts: Meredith calls it a 15-minute dust-up; Mary says the yelling went on the whole flight; Meredith counters that Mary was asleep too. “It’s a big nothing sandwich,” Meredith insists. Mary still hopes she’ll apologize. Nothing in the episode suggests she will.

How it originated

The unicorn arrived with Britani on the first day of the charter — a gift from Jared carrying his recorded goodnight message, even though the two were meant to be on a 30-day break — and the Episode 7 cold-open overboard scene resolves here as a prank. The Meredith–Britani feud escalated over the previous episode’s zombie dinner, where Britani cited online posts claiming Seth had a mistress, and Meredith denied it and told her to leave her marriage alone; the flight dispute grows directly out of that. The yacht scenes are shared with Below Deck Down Under, whose fourth season Bravo said would feature the same charter.

The human interaction (Analysis)

The flight is the first big conflict of the season that nobody can watch, and the group’s behavior changes as a result. On the yacht, cameras settled arguments, or at least showed them; on the plane, everything is testimony, and nearly every witness was partly asleep — so each account follows its teller’s allegiance. Heather and Mary call it hours of abuse; Meredith and Lisa call it venting; Bronwyn, who wasn’t there, distrusts the version that sounds most dramatic.

Meredith’s ultimatum at the dock matters more than the flight: “support her and you’re done too” turns a two-person feud into a loyalty test for the whole group — the very move Meredith resisted when Heather asked her to judge Lisa without evidence; now she’s asking for allegiance herself. The unicorn prank shows how alliances form: Bronwyn and Meredith weren’t close, but a shared target made them partners for a morning, and Britani keeps supplying that target while the group keeps accepting it. And Lisa sits in a revealing spot: for once she’s a supporting player in someone else’s scandal, and she uses Episode 7’s logic in her own defense — nobody else stepped in.
